Pine Removal• A couple of weeks ago, when the sun was still shining!, our team of four qualified and fully insured arborists were able to complete this Pine tree removal. • Even though it was relatively straight forward we had to be extremely careful of the wall below, along with a number of smaller trees below the canopy.• All the timber will be used either for fire wood or milling and the wood chip will go to bio-mass.• Atkinson Arb work on mature specimens every week, from removals to maintenance, this allows us to be one of the most efficient teams in the area when it comes to large tree work. ... Over the last couple of months we have been working at a public woodland/coppice area in Kirkby On BaIn for the local primary school.• Unfortunately this group of coppiced Willows were slowly collapsing, making the area unsafe to the public. • These trees will grow back extremely quickly, making the woodland easy to manage in the future, also allowing the children to use the new shoots for various project such as weaving. 🤔🤔 Did you know?🤔🤔- All our waste products get reused, the wood chip on this job got made into various woodland paths, the logs were used for path boundaries, habitat piles and the remainder will go to a local firewood company. If we have to remove waste from other projects it gets turned into biomass to provide energy at power plants! ... See MoreSee Less
